How do I book an appointment

New Clients- Contact me via text,

Send in a couple of photos of your hair goals. Send photos of your hair now in natural lightening and without a filter on. Please also include days and times that work the best and a list of all the products you are currently using on your hair. You will receive a text 72hours before your appointment with confirmation of your appointment and a form for you to fill out, this helps me understand your hair and your hair needs before I see you

Returing Clients- Click the book now button if you know what you are wanting or text me with your preferred times and days

If you cant find an appointment day or time that suits you the best, click on the link below to get on my waitlist, make sure to add in the service and best times that suit you the best and I will contact you if it comes available

Deposits

All bookings will require a $50 deposit, this deposit is due within 24 hours of making the appointment.

This deposit is non refundable, it is transferable if you are needing to change your appointment time/day

Cancellation - No show Policy

All bookings needing to move or cancel will be required before 48 hours of your appointment, if any cancellations or moving of appointments made within 48 hours of you appointment will see the deposit forfeited and a 50% fee of the cost of the appointment made

Any appointments cancelled on the day of the booking or no showing up to your appointment will see a fee of 100% of the booked appointment cost.

Any no shows will also have a deposit of 50% of the booked appointment. this deposit is due with 24 hours of booking

COVID/ Sickness cancellations

I understand that things happen, COVID or general sickness. All appoitnemts will be charged a fee of 50% if cancelling within 48 hours of the booked appointment. If illness is the reason of this, the fee will be rolled onto the rebooked appointment.
